Description

The 2021 release of Binary Sunset – that same double mash recipe – taking the wort of Sith Faced, and using it as the mash water to mash in a grist for our imperial version Revenge Of The Sith Faced… this year we’ve added maltodextrin and homemade caramel to give the mouthfeel and sweetness a small boost.

Oily and thick, with a hit of caramel and molasses, and hints of tobacco, coffee, chocolate, and vanilla throughout.
