After the success of Guava Lamp, we thought we would push the boundaries even further in terms of fruit and hop combinations. Black Granate is the same base beer, with a pale malt and oat grist and a lactose addition. Instead of Guava, though, there is 210kg of pomegranate juice, and slightly less blackcurrant juice alongside a dry hop of El Dorado and Mosaic BBC.
