Braybrooke Gose. Braybrooke Beer Co. Is a brewery in the British countryside making high quality lagers to exacting principles. But for the first time we have decided to brew something that’s not a lager!

Gose is one of the sour wheat beer styles that were once popular across the north of Germany. Hazy thanks to the wheat malt, gently spiced with citrusy Indian coriander and Maldon salt for a savoury note, the unique yeast we used gives it a very refreshing tartness and a fruity aroma.

We think it’s a great summer beer; try pairing it with fish and chips. We hope you enjoy!
