Chardonnay Qvevri. When the qvevris are emptied in the spring they are filled up with cider straight away and used Chardonnay skins added. They are left to re-ferment with the lees from the Chardonnay that had occupied the qvevri. The resulting cider/wine hybrid is amazing. A beautiful rounded mouthfeel, soft, yet full of flavour, apples of course but light vinous notes. Really terrific cider.

Vegan friendly. Gluten free.
