Kinoko kombucha is made by combining sweetened green tea with a SCOBY, which we ferment for as long as 14 days. The result is a drink that’s refreshing, lightly sparkling, low in sugar and non-alcoholic. Crisp apple aromas, hints of sweetness, balanced by sublte acidity.
