Common Land. We brewed this beer in December 2018 with floor-malted pilsner, wheat, chateau-arome and aged hops. Fermented with a mixed culture including an English ale strain and aged in four neutral oak barrels for 24 months before dry hopping with Godiva and bottle conditioning in our cellar.

Common Land was refermented with a considered amount of quince juice sourced by our friends at Pilton Cider.

Single, unblended barrel. 240 bottles.
