Conciliabulle 2019 – Grenache Noir and Colombard from Adissan, grown on a combination of limestone and basalt. Grapes were macerated all together in whole bunches for 10 days before being pressed into cuve. Bottled with a little bit of sugar left to complete fermentation in bottle. Disgorged at the end of October 2020. A light red pet’ nat’ full of summer berries, a light structure and wonderful freshness.
