CY18 Simcoe. Last year, we travelled to Yakima to hand select hops at source for the second time and, working with YCH, we secured some of the best lots we’ve had the privilege of using. We’ve developed a series of six DDH IPAs to share the fruits of hand selection with you, and this iteration features Simcoe. Get yourself reacquainted with this famous modern varietal, which is more fruit-forward than you may expect.
