Defeat The Rancor – Pecan Maple Danish Imperial Stout – Defeat The Rancor is a maple and pecan Danish pastry imperial stout. It’s sticky, thick, rich and a little scary! A collaboration with stout whiz and good friend Emperor’s Brewery was long overdue and we’re happy we finally managed to make it so.
