Dragonaut. The second in our cosmonaut series of IPAs. We’ve taken everything we’ve learnt about thick juicy pales over the last 3 years and poured that knowledge into these recipes. Using the best ingredients and the freshest hops to create the best IPAs we have ever made. Dragonaut uses a massive whirlpool addition of Citra and Azacca combined with a huge 16g/L double dry hop of Idaho 7 and Galaxy. We also used a combination of traditional British ale yeast and Kveik yeast fermented warm to give maximum fruity esters. This NEIPA has huge tropical aromas Passionfruit and Papaya backed up by a beautiful thick mouthfeel and low bitterness.
