A new series for us, were really lucky to be slap bang in the middle of Scotlands soft fruit county, weve been working with local farms to get fruit in its best condition from farm to field in under 8 hours. No additional ingredients just our golden sour mixed-fermentation base beer along with bundles of fresh Raspberry.
