Fruit Stingo Apricot. The second in our Stingo series of tart wood fermented beers, this one is a blend of foeder-soured beer with barrel-aged beers aged on apricot fruit and juice. Some funk, some sourness, a lovely apricot flavour and colour. Hello summer evenings!
