Every September, the hedgerows surrounding the brewery & LEP tap, the Edwardstone White Horse Inn, burst with wild hops & a variety of wild fruits & berries. For this blend, we began by brewing 4 batches of sour saison, which was then divided into 7 barrels with varying levels of freshly picked green wild hops, wild plums & damsons added to each one. They were then blended together before bottling to create a golden amber sour saison with a sharp fruitiness, rounded off by the earthy tones of the wild hops. Vegan friendly.
