Interiors Of Striving Organisms. This one-off Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale uses the same malt base as our signature DDH Pale but switches up the hops. It showcases crop year 2018 Citra and Mosaic, selected by us at source in Yakima, which proved to be the two most popular varieties to feature in our recent CY18 series of beers.

Aroma & Flavour:
Tangerine, passion fruit and strawberry, resinous hop notes

Body:
Medium-bodied with short finish

Aftertaste:
Light touch of resinous bitterness
