It’s Life Jim. Double mash 26 hour boil barley wine fermented with ESB yeast and our own mixed culture and aged for 6 months in an ex-whisky butt. The result is a BIG barley wine with massive caramel, soft fruits, funk, oak and a modest level of acidity. It’s a Barley Wine, but not as you know it!
