Kirschentart. We’re always of the opinion that we would never attempt a style of beer we aren’t 100% confident with here at Polly’s. We’d much rather excel in one field rather than spread ourselves too thin and just be okay in loads. This held true with sour beers, and we waited until we had Lally in place before attempting this notoriously easy to mess up style. Featuring a quarter of a tonne of sour cherries and sea salt sourced from Anglesey, this beer is a showcase of what Lally can bring to the table for us. Roll on, Lally!
