Lets Put The S In Simcoe. For our latest West Coast IPA we dip into hair band history and file ‘sex’ under the letter ‘x’. The result is this slightly neurotic 7.1% West Coast IPA synthesized with Simcoe’s bat-biting punch. You could call it our ode to late 80s KISS, but it’s more an ode to glam rock metal before lumberjack grunge kicked in. Sipping a heavy IPA never sounded quite so nice.
