Metamorphika Moscat Brisat, 2017. Moscat (100%) From old bush vines in the Mediterranean hills of Conca de Barberˆ. Brisat is the old Catalan word for an orange wine. Fermented and macerated on skins in amphora for 6 weeks before being passed to old oak barrels and foudre for 6 months.
