Orange Censurat (Carignan Blanc), 2019. 100% Carignan Blanc From a single plot, low in organic matter but rich in minerals, particularly calcareous, these young Carignan Blanc vines are harvested much later though the fruit retains exceptional acidity, due to the nature of the varietal and the mineral nature of the soil. 30 days maceration on skins before the wine is passed to amphora for 5 months. A silky, amber coloured with a richness that is balanced by it acidity. No added sulphur.
