Patis des Rosiers. Gamay in purity. Coming from 70 year old vines planted on gneiss & schiste. Always a wonderful blend of fruit and an irony earthiness which seems very present in wines of the region. A lighter vintage with a lovely line of acidity. makes a wine that is almost too easy to drink. Serve chilled.
