Qvevri Peaux de Pinot.
Refreshing dry cider, with delicate red fruits and subtle earthy tones, light and softly sparkling.
A pale red hue of pink. Delicately aromatic, with notes of violet.
Fermented on pinot noir grape skins and aged in a Georgian Qvevri for approx a month then refermented in bottle, not disgorged.
Qvevri, are large, clay pots used for the fermentation and maturation of traditional Georgian wine.
Vegan friendly. Gluten free.
