Description

Rain. Carbonic Cab Franc/Pinot Gris blend red. A blend of Cabernet Franc and Pinot Gris from 30 year old vines (Bullswamp vineyard) and 40 year old vines (Millstream vineyard). The Cabernet Franc is fermented using carbonic maceration and the Pinot Gris is fermented on skins in stainless steel for one month, before being transferred to puncheon to settle. The wines shows greater fruit weight and structure than the 2018 without loosing any finesse.
