Red Sonia. This is the blend of Saison aged for 6 months in Sauvignon Blanc barrels, and naturally fermented cherry wine, from Danish Stevnsbaer sour cherries. Brewed, fermented, aged, pressed, blended and bottled at Broaden & Build.
