Samichlaus Barrique. An oak barrel storage in pre-filled Chardonnay or whiskey barrels for the Nikolo beer (Samichlaus = Swiss for Nicholas). This subsequent storage of the “Classic” brings a slight acidity, subtle wood notes and even more complex aromas.
