Snicket 2019. Fermented in contact with the skins of vibrant yellow apples with intense bright, zesty aromas. Apples were picked from two orchards fostered by Polly and Mat in Devon.

Notes of smokey lemon sherbets on the tongue and lemon cheesecake on the nose.

Fermented with wild yeasts and unfiltered and unpasteurised, zero sulphites.

Vegan friendly. Gluten free.
