Table Perry 1 2020. A bright, juicy perry spontaneously fermented & bottled Pet-Nat style. Made with Hendre Huffcap & Thorn perry pear varieties. Bright and very attractive nose of ripe stone fruit, honey and blossom. It’s super juicy, lemons and peaches, more honey, a little spice, soft tannins and a touch of florality, with just the right amount of residual sugar to balance the acids. A great introduction to perry!
