Via The Hourglass. Sabro is quickly risen to the top of our favourite in-house hop varietals here at Polly’s HQ, and for good reason. The latest hype hop is positively bursting with all those incredible tropical notes at the forefront of the aroma and flavour profile in Via the Hourglass, backed up by our ever dependable pals, Citra, Mosaic and Enigma.
Doubled up and hopped out to the max, this is a pale ale that carries all the flavour intensity and body of one of our IPAs, but at a much more sessionable strength. Fermented out with another growing favourite in Kveik, expect to find punchy Sabro pi–a colada notes running throughout alongside passionfruit, mango, and citrus fruits from the Mosaic, Citra and Enigma.
