Wading In 2020. Another impressive single variety Egremont russet cider. The apples were all hand picked and selected from an orchard in Worcestershire, spontaneously fermented in tank, developed very well and a decision was made to continue ageing on the gross lees for an extended period. In July 2020 where it was combined with a little cryo extracted juice for a very light conditioning in bottle.

Pretty florality, pristine yellow and green fruits, aniseed, pistachio skins and succulent, juicy acid. A beautiful, glacially fresh and textured cider.
