Yellow Blaze. We take pride in that being part of Team Polly’s is more than a place of work – we’re a big brewery family. We wanted to express our thanks for the people behind our beer by passing over the reins to each member of our team, from the beer recipe to the art design, exclusively designed by each individual in a series of DDH Pale Ales.
We’re proud to present the first in this series from our brewer, Guy – Yellow Blaze. Featuring a mighty 20g/l dry hop charge of Citra and Mosaic, this beer is absolutely loaded to the nines with super ripe passionfruit and tangerine notes, backed up with some mellow pithy citrus to balance everything out.
As described by the man himself, this may be the single most sessionable DDH pale we’ve ever brewed. Awesome.
