Aecht Schlenkerla A La Grodziskie.

Browar Pinta has been brewing Grodziskie for 15 years. To mark this anniversary, we were invited to brew our interpretation of this historic smoked beer from the Poznan region. Grodziskie was already being consumed there in the Middle Ages. The beer style disappeared in the 20th century before Pinta brought it back to market in 2010.

For Schlenkerla Grodziskie, we use smoked wheat malt, dried over an open oak wood fire in our in-house malthouse, and particularly aromatic hops from Lubelski.
