Age verification and delivery
It is illegal to sell alcohol to any person below the age of 18 in the UK. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are 18 or over. This age restriction also applies if you are buying alcohol for any other person, and responsibility for this lies with the purchaser.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over. We use a challenge 25 policy for all customers. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request to see a form of valid ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
Pricing and stock
We aim to ensure all prices and details on our website are correct at all times. However, changes and errors can occur and details are subject to change.
If a pricing error has occurred, we will try every effort to contact you to see if you would like to go ahead with the order at the adjusted price.
Similarly, if an item is no longer in stock, we will offer a carefully selected replacement or a refund.
Our stock is constantly evolving and changing. We reserve the right to withdraw and replace online stock items whenever necessary.
We do not currently accept Brew Cavern vouchers online, these are for in-store purposes only. Vouchers can be purchased online or in store. Online vouchers will be sent to your registered email address to print at home, along with a voucher code for the website.
Our packages are designed to be extremely safe and secure. Our courier service, DHL, provide us with a specialist service, which track and take extra care of delicate goods. If you do find a bottle has broken or been damaged please contact us within 48 hours so that we can investigate the situation as promptly as possible.
We are happy to offer a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of the order being received. All items must be returned unopened and in a resalable condition, with proof of purchase.
You are responsible for any charges incurred for shipping the items back to us. Our courier, DHL, can collect the goods for return, at your expense. Please contact us for a quote. Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment once the items have arrived back with us and have been examined.
