We aim to deliver your beer safely and as quickly as possible. In order to do this we have chosen to partner with DHL. They are a trusted courier who provide a scanned and tracked system.
Delivery costs vary depending on the size and quantity of the bottles in your order. For example:
- 1 box of regular bottles and cans (330ml/440ml/500ml) holds up to 12 bottles and costs £8.50
- 1 box of large bottles (660ml/750ml) holds up to 6 bottles and costs £9.50
- 2 regular boxes costs £9.50
- 2 large boxes costs £11.50
- 1 regular box & 1 large box costs £10.50
- FREE Shipping on orders over £50. If using a voucher code total cost must be over £50 after the voucher has been applied. Free shipping only may not apply to Highlands & Islands postcodes
Total shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any queries. Orders are processed and booked onto the shipping system within 24 hours, or first thing Monday morning if placed over the weekend.
Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands
We now ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and some islands off the UK mainland. If shipping costs don’t load when you enter your address please email us for a quote.
Please be aware that following the Brexit Trade agreement, shipments to Northern Ireland may now incur VAT & Duty upon receipt. Buyers are responsible for paying these fees.
Missed your delivery
All orders must be signed for. We cannot leave orders in a designated safe place. If you miss your delivery you will be issued with a card from the courier (DHL). To re-book a missed delivery, please contact your local depot. You can re-arrange your delivery, or arrange to collect your parcel.
Local Beer By Bike Service
For local deliveries to NG1, NG2, NG3, NG5 and NG7 we aim to use Veload, a Nottingham based cycle courier. We will contact you to check their delivery slots (usually next day) are convenient before booking this on.
Collect from our shop
We also offer a click and collect service. After purchasing your goods online, please collect them from the shop no later than 14 days. You will need your confirmation email and valid ID in order to collect. If you would like to send someone else to collect please let us know their name in advance (and make sure they have the confirmation email and some ID). Orders will be ready for collection within 15 minutes of the order being placed (during shop opening hours), just look out for the ‘Order Complete’ email landing in your inbox.
Once payment has been received, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund. All refunds will be returned to the card used for payment. After 14 days have passed refunds will not be issued.
