Bianco. 100% Catarratto. Unfined, unfiltered, low sulphur, organic, natural. Almost chalky and opaque this unfiltered organic Catarratto has a wonderful nose of white grape juice, mouth-filling with notes of pink grapefruit and apple and a slight spiciness from the lees. Pair w/ seafood and pasta.
