Bourbon Barrel Aged Ego Death Compost Cookie 2023.

Our 2023 vintage is a blend of imperial stouts aged in Willett Bourbon, Willett Rye, Heaven Hill Wheated Bourbon, Weller Bourbon, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for a period of 18-42 months then conditioned on toasted hazelnuts and cacao nibs then further conditioned on butterscotch chips, dark chocolate chips, potato chips, pretzels, and graham crackers.
