Cold Blooded. We love brewing dark beers, so as winter approaches it’s a perfect excuse to work on some new warming recipes. We cold steeped this porter overnight before the brew day, which gave us a gorgeous chocolatey base before we even got started. It’s the perfect companion to a stormy night!
