If I Only Had A Little Romance. This is one of three releases of barrel aged Imperial Russian Stout. One brew, split into three different whiskey casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a Glen Moray 2008 Ex Bourbon Barrel courtesy of Chorlton Whiskey and has developed rich, sweet floral notes. A smooth yet robust whisky character that will develop over time but is excellent to drink right now.
