Lower Than Zero. Brewed with our Canadian friends from Collective Arts in Hamilton, this Brut IPA was slightly soured with our house Lactobacillus culture, then fermented with Champagne yeast and dry hopped during fermentation with Ekuanot and Citra BBC.
