For this specific Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from three different barrels and five different brews, brewed by two different brewers. The blend consists of one- and four-year old lambikken only, with a weighted average age of the blend upon bottling of almost 20 months. Of the lambikken brewed by ourselves – almost 50% of the blend – more than 3/4 of the volume was brewed with grains coming from our own Pajottenland cereal circle. Half of the hops was also sourced in Belgium, with an average age of 13 years.
