Sabro, some love it- some (crazy people) hate it. It’s definitely one of our favourite new varieties so we couldn’t wait to try it in a hazy New England IPA. Pallet Notes combines a good whack of Sabro with the all-star combo of Mosaic and Simcoe.

Hazed, juiced & tropicalised- it’s a fruity party & there’s no curfew.
