Brewed in collaboration with our friends at 100% Cold Chain, Serie Tontap #4 brings together our Edinburgh brewery and some of France’s finest indie bars and bottle shops including Delirium Caen, Le Chopp’In, Les Herbiers, Starling Burgers, Strasbourg, A La Biere Comme A La Biere, Paris & Le Drunken Bar, Montreuil.

After touring the brewery and graduating from our sour school, our French partners helped co-create this decadent, dessert-inspired sour. Expect poached pears, smooth chocolate, creamy vanilla, and delicate flavours of roasted almonds…a combination inspired by a classic French treat.
