Running Beer Blend 12.

Running Beer was the first recipe we designed for Mills Brewing. This beer is a blend of brews produced in May 2022. The worts were made using traditional floor-malted rye , Maris otter, and aged hops. Fermentation and maturation took place in a single barrel, previously used for white Burgundy.
