Our all-Nelson Sauvin DIPA returns! Take a journey through a hop which we think brings oodles of complexity and breadth to any beer it’s in.

Additions of Nelson throughout the brewing process deliver a soft, waxy bitterness with herbal, resinous fruit character bouncing with gooseberry, white grape, sweet nectarine and honeydew melon, with a zippy burst of lime peel on the finish.
