Some Kind Of Wise Guy. Sometimes, the idea behind a new beer is a lot more straight forward than you think. In this case, we had some Ahtanum hops to use up.
We had intended to brew a single hop beer with them but, after some discussion, felt that Ahtanum isn’t really up to that job on its own. Enter stage left, Citra, Columbus, Galaxy & Simcoe to lend a helping hand.
