Ube Pina Colada Tropic.

Piled on top of our base of Berliner Weisse is coconut, pineapple and *of course* Ube. This 5.2% lightly tart, gently sweet violet goodness is soft, milky and decadent. It has a nose of vanilla cookies and freshly grated coconut flakes. We are getting flavors of pineapple dole whip, macadamia nuts, vanilla soft serve, and heavy coconut cream. The finish has an almost milk-after-the-fruity-pebbles-are-gone taste… mixed with a tropical frozen beach drink.
