Meet On The Beacon.

This is a collaboration with our wonderful friends Mills brewery, brewed to celebrate 10 years of DEYA.

A homage to one of our favourite monastic Belgian beers.. Bruern Farms Plumage Archer gives subtle bready, caramel notes. Whilst our house yeast, brett cultures and Mills own house culture combine to add a melange of yeast profiles, giving this beer a characteristic complexity – peach, elderflower and a hint of barnyard funk. Fresh, wholecone Mystic hops add some grassy, traditional hop balance.

This beer morphs and changes with every taste and will continue to do so for many years to come.
