Pet Nat Cyder 2018. A wonderful blend of non-traditional apples. Bramleys, Goldens, Charles Ross and Braeburns create a light, pale gold colour with delicate aromas of honey, hay and baked apple. Crisp acidity and persistent bubbles follow with a dry, applely finish.
Fermented in steel barrels with wild yeasts.

Vegan friendly. Gluten free.
