For this British India Pale Ale we’re drawing on ideas from our years of brewing experience, taking the snappy whole flower bitterness of one era and bringing in the heritage malted barley and traditions of another. Way Back When brings some lovely apricot and melon notes with a depth of floral bitterness and fresh cut grass. A big nod to the past, updated with our own present day brewing style.
