Description

Cabaret is our reinvention of an old Belgian beer style “cabaret beer”. At 4.8% abv, it’s a mixed fermentation beer with a mix of Belgian and new world influences, with a restrained funkiness and soft drinkability. We added orange zest and pulp in the coolship, with Waimea, Strisselspalt and dry hopped with Tettnanger. A fun mixed fermentation summery beer.
