Description

Ginie (In A Bottle). Collaboration with Põhjala from Estonia. This beer is a gin-inspired Gose which we brewed with Pink Himalayan Rock Salt, Coriander, Juniper Berries, Spruce Tips, Rosemary, Ginger and Rose Petals. At 4,2% this beer is slightly soured, salty and full of bright botanicals which are blended and balanced by El Dorado and Motueka hops.
