Pilsner
While the definition of Pilsner is open to debate in the beer community, it generally refers to pale, hoppy lagers, ranging from ~30 IBU and up. From Classic German Pilsners, which tend to be light-to-medium bodied, semi-sweet to off-dry, hopped with German noble hops, to New World artisan renditions in North America, New Zealand and elsewhere, which showcase modern hop varieties. A separate style category is maintained for Czech Pilsner (Světlý Ležák).
